I just love your website. It is full of great inspirational ideas and you are a great motivator. I been working out for the past five almost 6 months now and noticed some changes. I am not sure what I could be doing wrong because most of what you suggested is what was suggested to me at the gym&#039;s personal trainer but I still carry my main body fat on my tummy. 		<description>I agree with Leyla and others who believe diet is more important than working out. When it comes to lose belly fat, a strict diet helps a lot. I&#039;ve been on diet for last 4 months and I&#039;ve lost about 12 KGs. Now 12 kgs is a good result for me. My trainer never gives me a an intensive workout routine. I only workout 3 days a week and it&#039;s a very light workout. But I am very strict with my diets. I only have organic food that helps me maintain my metabolism. I also have Omega 3 type food so that I do not feel hungry most of the time. This type of food is good so that you don&#039;t start eating everything your hands get to. I&#039;ve heard Green Tea helps too. But I&#039;m yet to try on it though.</description>

We do not eat much out. I always cook at home and yes from scratch. I always wonder if I am eating right. If you could make an article about home made foods and what kind of ingredients make it healthier, it would really be awesome.

Note: we eat salads as an extra side to the dish.
         I do put vegetables. Start it off stir frying tomatoes, onions, garlic and herbs.</description>

I am by no means an expert, but personally, I try to balance my meals with protein, lots of veggies, grains &amp; healthy carbs. So I would advice the same for you. Overall though, try to avoid, or cut out completely processed foods, such as fast food, packaged foods etc - homemade food is always a better, tastier &amp; healthier choice for me. Plus eating out can be $$$!! I know cooking at home can be time consuming, but if you plan ahead &amp; purchase whatever you need for each meal ahead of time, then you cut the prep time in half!! I plan on sharing lots of quick, healthy, nutritious, filling &amp; delicious recipes on here... so hopefully that will inspire you &amp; give you lots of new ideas as well! =)</description>
