Because you are such great readers, and because I want you all to lead a balanced, healthy and active lifestyle, I am giving away this Dual Resistance Tubing. It’s just a small way I can show my appreciation to you all for visiting, reading and leaving your lovely comments.
I love incorporating a resistance band into my workouts, because it adds just enough pressure and resistance to your own body weight, and makes the exercises that more much challenging, which of course leads to greater results.
On top of that, because I am feeling extra generous today, I am even including two of my favourite exercise routines, demonstrating the type of exercises you can do using the resistance tube.
Red Carpet Body with Jennifer Galardi
I love Jennifer’s exercise routines, and this one in particular is fabulous. Using a resistance band, free weights and a mat, she’ll show you how to sculpt strong sexy shoulders, shapely legs and get a flat stomach.
Sexy & Strong with Stephanie Vitorino
Stephanie is one of my favourite trainers to workout to, because she pushes you to the limits. Sexy & Strong will build heat quickly for optimal calorie burning in a short time. The variations in tempo will help build muscles while improving endurance. This circuit training routine is sure to wake up sagging muscles and define your body.

The Giveaway is the exact resistance tubing pictured above. Here are some of the fabulous features of this resistance tubing by Everlast:
- Increases muscle tone, strength and flexibility
- Tones biceps, triceps and shoulders
- Trims and slims inner and out thighs
- Firms buttocks
- Strengthens core muscles
- Stretches upper and lower body
- Comes with instructions
Here are the rules of how to Enter for this Giveaway – Please Read Carefully:
- Post a Comment in the field below, and tell me why you feel you want/need this Resistance tubing. One entry per person please

I’d love to have this tubing to incorporate into my at home workouts. I just went back to school and I’d like to be able to do more from home so I’m not so reliant on the gym.
Hey! I just found your blog from PW. Great giveaway! I am a personal trainer and think tubing is great for traveling and super-sets. Awesome blog.
Will this help my hot flash’s and cure my craving for chocolate?
Linda
Please enter me in the giveaway. But if I win, you have to teach me how to use it properly….Will tweet it shortly too!
THANKS
Hey Leyla,
2 Things: 1) Is this prize for women only 2) Can men also practise these excercises?
Andre, the giveaway is open to all ages and to both genders =) And of course men can do the exercises, we are of the same species, you know
I’ve been looking for something different to do indoors. Thanks for the giveaway.
Hi Leyla, thanks for letting me know about your generous giveaway! A resistance band sounds great for helping to shape and tone the body
I’ve added a mention about your giveaway to my blog post. http://artygirlsblog.blogspot.com/2009/10/someday-i.html
And I will tweet about it too
Thanks for the giveaway!
Hey, just saw this over at PWs blog. I could use this for something different to do inside since it’s getting chilly here and tennis isn’t going to be a viable option once the snow hits.
Tweeted about it too!
I could really use this… I have had 6 c-sections and really need some strengthening!!!
Thanx for the giveaway!
Ohhh… Great giveaway!!!
I could so use this! Was laid off a few months ago so had to cancel the gym membership to save money. This would be a *fantastic* way to help workout at home!
Ohh, I came by at just the right time–giveaway time! I need this because I am an out-of-shape mommy with no money to buy even a new workout video. Actually, I have been looking for something quick to help get me in better shape. Hahaha, it shouldn’t be that hard to get up off the floor after playing with the kids.
This is awesome! I already have one at home that I never use because I didn’t know what to do with it, so I just wanted to say thanks for sharing the exercise routines! =)
I’d love to win this giveaway as just started few months ago to work on my body. Hope to have it – either win, or buy. Thanks Leyla!
Have mercy, do I ever need this! My 50-something abs that used to be worked out at least 100 reps every day is now sagging and everything is dragging. I need help and now, please! I don’t wanna go out looking like this!
You wouldn’t believe how much I’d love to have this! Struggling so hard in this economy, cannot afford a gym membership, excercise class or videos. Pretty clueless on what to do on my own here at home.
Been in a funk for the weight I put on, the lack of money/work, and stress and that just isn’t my normal state of mind!
I CAN do something about my weight…just need a little help!
Thank you for the giveaway! Have a great week!
I need it because I am working two jobs and going to school. I cant seem to find time to get to the gym. Maybe if I could do it at home I might have a fighting chance of staying in shape!!
I need it because after many years of use my old band finally blew.
You want your family to come flying into the room blow out a band while doing seated rows. It makes for a good yelp!
Yes, I would love the exercise equipment. Why?
Well, you haven’t seen my butt ….
I’d love to enter the givewaway and win this resistance tubing. I’ve been looking for something to do in the comfort of my own home to tone my body which is beginning to sag. I hate sagging.
I need this! I have lymphadema in my right arm, a result from my breast cancer treatment. This would be perfect for increasing my arm strength and move the lymphatic fluid out of my arm. Oh, please pick me almighty random number generator!
I would love to have this, would help my bones be stronger and tone my muscles and my granddaughter and I could have fun doing this together. We have so much fun playing together and this would be great.
I would like to start doing pilates and this would be a great addition to my workouts at home! Thanks for the opportunity

I’m at home with two under two and need the indoor options! And I love pilates. It was meant for me
My blubber needs it:)
I quit smoking 6 months ago. I have gained enough weight that I’m thinking of smoking again, just to see if I can get rid of this weight. Before I go to that extreme, I am trying to exercise to tone up and help to lose this weight. I have modified my diet but so far I am not having much luck. Maybe this will help??
I am recovering from a very nasty total break of my femur (above the knee) in July. I had lots of complications, so I am trying to get my muscle strength back. I believe I could use these in my wheelchair to help me get stronger, and later after I am out of the wheelchair.
I really want this because I have been dying to find some fun way to get my flabby butt back in shape after being so sick over a year ago. If something were to be sent to me I’m sure I’d make good use out of it.
Is it ok if I beg??? I have just returned to the land of the frozen tundra, Minnesota, and I am already beginning to take on a layer of “winter warmth”… Yikes, please help!
I’m getting ready for a wedding … I’ve been looking at resistance bands lately and this would save me from making the wrong decision!
I became 50 years young last month and am committed to keeping my mind and body as young as possible for as long as possible! I think that the Dual Resistance Tubing would be an exercise addition that would help with that goal. Thanks so much!
I’ve just started doing Pilates and I LOVE it!! The dual resistance tubing will definitely add to my workout! Thanks for the giveaway! Here’s my tweet: http://twitter.com/TNTster
I’ve never tried this before and need something new to get me motivated. Thanks!

With the weather getting colder, I have to have another alternative to do my workout indoor and this is just what I need. It will be a great birthday present for me
Hidee, oh how I need this……..if you could only see me. I need this to give me some incentive to start movin’ and groovin’. I’m running out of clothes, and refuse to buy the next bigger size. Trying and wanting to lose some fat and gain muscle….and wanting to feel better about myself. Thanks……
I really need this….I lost “my groove” for the past two years while taking care of my ill son…days at the office, followed by visits to the hospital after work, plus the never-ending worry, hardly left time for breathing let alone exercising. My son died last year and now I have the heartache on top of the exhaustion….but, I know that if I can take that first step to exercise, I will be strong and breathe again. Winning the tubes could be just the thing to lift me up.
Just found your site thru PW. My clothesline broke today & I think the resistance bands will do the trick. If that fails I’m in the same boat as “Andrea” living in the upper Midwest & putting on the extra pounds of insulation just before the snow falls. Maybe I could use the resistance bands to hobble my feet so it would take me longer to reach the leftover Halloween Candy. Hope springs eternal.
I’d love to win this great prize so that I could give it to Holly. She got her picc line removed today after weeks of iv antibiotic. Returning to health is one of the most important things for her to do now. xo, V
