Your pineapple salsa looks aesthetically pleasing =) and easy to make! I think I will make it by the end of this week.

I know you’re not very big on winter meals, but they really lift my spirits. There’s nothing like foods with warm, inviting aromas to juxtapose cold winters. Clearly, enjoying food requires many senses for me. Do you know any great recipes that can compliment this December weather? I could only think of these scrumptious lamb chops my father use to make. I think I’ll ask him to teach me to cook it for my significant other. But first, I should probably find out if he likes lamb chops.

I didn’t get a chance to try the pineapple salsa yet, but it does look super delicious:) You should try making it with shrimp next time…for me…lol
